West Virginia University '22, Bachelor's of Science in Exercise Physiology
Biography:
Jared Eddy was born in Columbus, Georgia, and graduated from Columbus High School in his hometown. Jared went on to shoot for the rifle team at the University of West Virginia, where he competed in the NCAA championships twice. The same year he placed 4th in smallbore at NCAA championships he also tied the WVU school record of a 595 in smallbore.
He graduated college from the University of West Virginia in 2022 with a degree in Exercise Physiology. He joined the Army in July of 2022 and was assigned to the U.S. Army Marksmanship Unit International Rifle Team as a shooter/instructor.
He was most recently crowned the 2023 USA Shooting National Champion in Men's Smallbore.
