Nicole Manhave started shotgun shooting with the Texas Upshur County 4H team in 2015. In 2016 she won the state 4H lady’s trap event. That same year she was introduced to bunker trap in Tillar, Arkansas. Among winning many ATA events, in 2017 she won the Texas ATA state event as a Junior with 299/300. At that point she had set her sights on international trap.
At the 2019 Spring Selection match she made it onto the National Junior Women’s Trap team and most recently she was named to the National team at the 2023 Spring Selection.
